Ingredients

  • 2 cups fat-free Greek yogurt, plain or vanilla
  • 1 cup low-fat almond or soy milk
  • 4 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 cup pineapple, fresh or no sugar added chunks
  • 1 large banana, cut up
  • 3/4 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Process all ingredients until smooth in a food processor or blender.
