  • 1 pound ground sirloin
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 4 slices white bread
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 -- egg
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • -- Salt and pepper


  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Mix well with hands. Shape into (about 24) meatballs.
  3. Cook meatballs in a large nonstick skillet until browned. Ladle some sauce into skillet, and stir scraping up the browned bits.
  4. Add meatballs to sauce. Serve over spaghetti with freshly grated cheese.
