
Ingredients
- 2 cups biscuit mix
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 -- egg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350F. In a large heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag, combine all ingredients. Seal bag, squeezing out as much air as possible. Knead bag, mixing ingredients until a batter-like consistency. Snip off the tip of the corner of the bag and squeeze batter out into a greased 9 x 9-inch square or round pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, and with a toothpick swirl into batter.
2. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes or until golden brown.
