Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla-flavored almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen blackberries
  • 2 fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in the jar of a blender. Blend until very smooth, 1 to 2 minutes. Divide between two glasses if serving immediately, or store in a covered bottle and shake well before serving for breakfast or snack the next day.
