Ingredients

  • 5 ounces arugula
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 -- shallot, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • -- Freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth.
